Purpose
These terms of use govern access to and use of the FlashKit app and of this site. By using them, you accept these terms.
Access to the service
FlashKit is downloaded from the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). The app can be used without an account; creating one is optional and gives access to premium features, lets you back up and sync your data, and lets you take part in the "Discover" page, which lists decks shared by other users.
Acceptable use
You agree to use FlashKit in accordance with the law and not to harm the service or the rights of third parties. You are responsible for the content (cards, decks, media) that you create or import.
Intellectual property
The FlashKit trademark, the app and the site are protected. The content you create belongs to you; you grant us only the technical rights necessary to store it and, where applicable, to sync it.
Premium subscription
FlashKit offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks AI-generated flashcards. The subscription is offered at the price displayed in the app, renewing automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. Purchase, payment, renewal and cancellation are handled by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play depending on your platform; you can manage or cancel your subscription from your store account settings.
End user licence agreement (EULA)
Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's standard end user licence agreement ("Standard EULA"), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
Liability
FlashKit is provided "as is". We make every effort to ensure the service is available and accurate, without guaranteeing that it is free of errors or interruptions. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls to the competent courts, subject to the protective provisions applicable to consumers.
